Our Chef Danny Neate will create a 5 course degustation menu matched with a selection of Peter Lehmann wines. Included in the wine selection will be Peter Lehmann's iconic 'Eight Songs' Shiraz from the famed 2004 vintage, along with a selection of premium and limited release wines. You will also have a unique opportunity to purchase limited release wines on the night.

1. World's Greatest Shave - Pete is going to lose his locks, and Mick will remove his dreads - Come in and make a donation to help us raise money for the Leukaemia Foundation.
2. Footy Day - join us for a free bbq & beer when you sign up to our annual Football Tipping Competition! Last year was a close and exciting tipping competition with the lucky winner taking home $2000 - it's $44 to sign up to our tipping competition for 2009 - and of course look forward to a relaxed and fun Footy Day at the Royal Mail!

Bright Slow Food Saturday

In preparation for our Bright Slow Food Saturday (Sept 13th) where we will be showcasing wines & fresh produce from the Mayford vineyard, the boys (young Pete & old Pete) are flying up to Porepunkah (near Bright) this weekend to source the produce! They will be returning with venison (which needs to be hung for at least 25 days) and wine from the Mayford vineyard. Join us to enjoy the fruits of their labour on Saturday 13th Sept, with a set menu dinner including venison, trout, rabbit and fresh produce from the Mayford vineyard of Eleana Anderson & Bryan Nicholson . Eleana will also showcase her wines to enjoy with your meal.
